Mission Statement

Peachtree Centre, a non-profit organization, provides the highest quality of care for adults in the community either temporarily or permanently. This may be due to the need for short term therapy, illness, and/or disability. Our facility includes skilled nursing care, short term rehabilitation and residential/assisted living for 145 residents on around the clock basis.

Our goal is to be the best nursing care center in South Carolina. We work towards this goal by focusing on continuous quality improvement.  We seek to provide a loving, encouraging, caring atmosphere so residents can reach their highest physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Our emphasis is on "family", to make our residents, their families, staff, and volunteers feel a bond through our shared goal of making life the best it can be in sometimes difficult circumstances.

Seeing the smiles on our residents faces assure us we are accomplishing our goals for our "place to call home!"

We hope you enjoy your visit with us. We have included pictures of past events, as well as, information about upcoming events.
